My experience with the CC services of Global Payment Canada

Few days back I gave a call to the customer care department at Global payments Canada at around 2 am in the morning. I am a merchant and hold an account with this so called branded payment processing company. I repetitively called them but the called were not answered.  Much later the call was answered may be after 10 to 12 times of calling. On the other side I heard a sleepy voice of a teenaged boy. He sounded as though his mommy was calling him to wake up. Such callousness towards merchants who run financial enterprises!

I tried explaining the urgent situation that had arisen at my store but instead of hearing me out he simply gave me the “call me later” treatment and hung up.


Give me one good reason why I should continue to work with Global Payments Canada?
