Preposterous Customer Care Services of the Global Payment

Majority of the merchants associated with Global Payments Options have been harassed by the customer care staff on one occasion or another. Most of them have faced issues related to slow payment processing and renewal of account without prior notice. Some of them have had major terminal breakdowns!.


The wireless POS terminals by Global Payment Options are supposed to be excellent and without issues. The portable devices are supposed to be super fast. Connectivity and printing slips should ideally be child’s play!. But in the due course of time, the merchants who have installed wireless payment solutions faced have faced too many issues with both the product quality and standard of services. Though Global Payment Options claims that in such situations they replace the defective systems, they do not! And I personally have spoken to afflicted merchants!
